COMMERCIAL WASABI HAS HORSERADISH AS THE “WASABI” WHICH IS SHARP AND BITING. AFTER EXPERIENCING REAL WASABI RHIZOMES I AM SOLD. MELLOW BUT STRONG FLAVOR WITHOUT THE FIRE OF HORSERADISH. TO MAKE MY GRATED RHIZOMES LAST LONGER I ADDED SOME SESAME OIL AND RICE VINEGAR TO HELP PRESERVE IN A SEALED GLASS JAR.

You know, I started taking 2 of those pills with the rhyzome powder, ,when I ordered it. And I think I'm just having a natural amount of hair loss right now but it seems like it's half as much as what I was. I think that's awesome

It is very difficult to find real wasabi anymore. Look at all the other labels and they are filled with horseradish and mustard oil. This is truly authentic 100% wasabi. You can't even get this from Japan anymore. Congratulations to Doug for developing a stupendous business and product line. I’ve been eating with chopsticks daily for about 30-some years and have chewed through many. These ironwood chopsticks are so hard, I know I will not have that problem. Also, they are perfectly balanced with tips precise enough to pick up any size or shape of food.
