It is very difficult to find real wasabi anymore. Look at all the other labels and they are filled with horseradish and mustard oil. This is truly authentic 100% wasabi. You can't even get this from Japan anymore. Congratulations to Doug for developing a stupendous business and product line. Additionally, a highly reputable and honest company as well with extremely knowledgeable people.

I’ve been eating with chopsticks daily for about 30-some years and have chewed through many. These ironwood chopsticks are so hard, I know I will not have that problem. Also, they are perfectly balanced with tips precise enough to pick up any size or shape of food.
