Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must first return your item to us.

Your item MUST be returned unopened and unused, in it’s original packaging. Opened, partially used items do not qualify for a refund.

Refund Inspection and Approval

Once your returned item is received, we will send you an email confirmation. We will then inspect the item within 2 business days to ensure it meets our return criteria (unused, in original packaging, etc.).

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
  • If the return is denied, we will contact you immediately with the reason.

Processing Timeframe

If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund credit to appear on your statement. This timeframe is determined by your bank or payment processor.

Late or Missing Refunds (Troubleshooting)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Bank/Credit Card: Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. Contact Us: If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@realwasabi.com.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exception: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product), we will refund both the item cost and the original shipping fee.
